August 16-  OFFICER and Advisor (all high schools) summer meeting in Mrs. Groch's room (S-4) time TBD (need to design t-shirts)

August 23- first day of school

August 25- first lunch-time SA OFFICER Meeting in S-4

August 30- SA lunch OFFICER meeting. ORDERING  OFFICER STAFF T-SHIRTS (send information to MV, DV)

September 6- No school

September 7- SA lunch OFFICER meeting in S-4 (recruiting volunteers)

September 8,9,10 recruiting in science classrooms, at NHS and CSF meetings also

September 10: Information meeting about mentors joining SA in S-4 lunch

September 13- SA lunch OFFICER meeting

September 20- SA lunch OFFICER meeting  (determine who is attending which parent meetings)

September 24- mentor applications due

September 27- SA lunch OFFICER meeting.  ORDER OFFICER and MENTOR T-SHIRTS FOR MV, SR, DVHS

October 4- SA lunch OFFICER meeting

October 5- 6 PM to 7:00 PM evening buddy-parent meeting (need 1-2 officers helping) in Commons need to be there by 5:30 PM

October 6- 6 PM to 7:00 PM evening buddy-parent meeting (need 1-2 officers helping) in Commons need to be there by 5:30 PM

October 11- SA lunch OFFICER meeting and

October 12- 6 PM to 7:00 PM evening buddy-parent meeting (need 1-2 officers helping) in Commons need to be there by 5:30 PM

October 13- 6 PM to 7:00 PM evening buddy-parent meeting (need 1-2 officers helping) in Commons need to be there by 5:30 PM

October 18- SA lunch OFFICER meeting.  October buddy applications need to send confirmation emails  (All high schools make sure send order for buddy T shirts to SR)Plan 1st Mentor Buddy Meeting, theme, ORDER BUDDY T-SHIRTS  (send #'s to SR)

October 20- Mentor Training #2  in S-4 at lunch

October 25- SA lunch OFFICER meeting (assign mentors to buddies)\(go through applications)

November 1- SA lunch OFFICER meeting. Plan, organize for upcoming mentor/buddy meeting.Check in  and make sure all is ready for first mentor/buddy meeting

November 8- SA lunch OFFICER meeting. 

**November 9- “Meet your mentor/buddy” meeting in the commons THIS IS A Tuesday (3:15 to 5:15 PM or until your buddy is picked up)

November 15- SA lunch OFFICER meeting

November 17- Mentor training  #3  in S-4 at lunch

November 29- SA lunch OFFICER meeting. Plan, organize for 2nd mentor/buddy meeting. Theme, food to bring.

December 1- Mentor Training #4  in S-4 at lunch... Remind mentors to make cookies

December 6: SA lunch OFFICER meeting in S-4

December 8- Mentor Training  #5  in S-4 at lunch

Begin 2nd Semester

January 31- SA lunch OFFICER meeting. Finalize prizes and awards orders for science fair, plan next themeand food to bring, email all mentors at all schools (use google docs to create a sign up for the fair (due Feb 14th) .

February 2- Mentor Training  #7  in S-4 lunch

February 7- SA lunch OFFICER meeting, finalize for meeting tomorrow

**February 8- MB Meeting #4: “Theme TBD” THIS IS A TUESDAY (3:15 to 5:15 PM or until your buddy is picked up)

February 14- SA lunch OFFICER meeting. plan for March meeting, theme, food to bring. Talk to Mr. Csider about AP Chemistry doing science demos during science fair activities

February 22 (Tuesday)- SA lunch OFFICER meeting. Make arrangements for computer labs for March 8. Get teacher supervision.

February 28- SA lunch OFFICER meeting, plan for next meeting, theme, food to bring

March 2- Mentor Training  #8  in S-4 lunch

March 7- SA lunch OFFICER meeting, finalize for meeting tomorrow

**March 8- MB Meeting # 5: “Work” THIS IS A TUESDAY (3:15 to 5:15 PM or until your buddy is picked up)

March 14- SA lunch OFFICER meeting; start preparing for Science Fair;

March 22 (TUESDAY)- SA lunch OFFICER meeting; plan for next meeting theme, food to bring

March 23- Mentor Training  #9  in S-4 lunch

March 28- SA lunch OFFICER meeting, Science Fair planning organization

April 1st... NO FOOLING; drop by S-4 to fill out your cards (no service credit without cards)- mentor WRITE CONGRATULATIONS AND BUDDY APPRECIATION CARDS.  Due April 23^th hand to buddy at the fair after he/she picks up his/her award.

April 11 - SA lunch OFFICER meeting, finalize for tomorrow's meeting, who is going to Costco for pizza

April 23- SCIENCE FAIR is at SRVHS: THIS IS A SATURDAY MANDATORY FOR ALL BUDDIES, MENTORS AND OFFICERS. (hours to be announced) no show no service credit

April 25- SA lunch OFFICER meeting transfer of responsibility of new officers into continuing officers; start process of finding new officers for next year's board. and senior officer advice due. Plan Mentor Appreciation BBQ; where? when?  and ask for mentor feedback due

May 4- new officer applications due

May 16- SA lunch Officer meeting to go over applications

May 16-20- officer interviews

May 23- SA officer lunch meeting... outgoing, continuing and new officers...let the new president run his/her first meeting. Set up summer meeting time.

June 9- last day of school
